This is not a fresh shark. There is no blood flowing. The skin in the last pic tells me this fish has been dead for a while before those spears went into it.

Wooow. A lot of fucking hippies hating on a man protecting himself and his friend. Lets not forget something folks. TIGER SHARKS are beautiful animals. But when it comes down to your tree hugging liberal asses, I know anyone of you would try to kill it too if it attacked you. Another thing, Tiger Sharks are 1 of the 4 most aggressive sharks in the oceans. You can’t just “get out of the water” especially when you’re in deep water like that. One of you morons might go on to say “well just get back into the boat”. I’m a seasoned (more like year-round) body-boarder from California. I’ve been attacked so I have room to talk. Tiger Sharks, like almost all sharks, try to attack their prey with out being noticed, most commonly from the side or behind. How many of you ignorant assholes would want to turn your back on a 12ft 1,000lb+ shark that has been known to kill people and eat just about anything? (And yes they do eat just about anything) I respect almost all the animals of this earth (with the exception of several insects and some mammals) and it is, like I said before, that this animal was killed. However, any man (woman or child) with the spine, nerve, balls, whatever.. to take on an adult TIGER SHARK deserves some respect.
